I have three streams to my business - commercial, residential and industrial. I want to be able to see and compare the revenue, costs of sales and gross profit for each of these in my Xero reporting, as well as in WorkflowMax by BlueRock. Is this possible?

It sure is. Just set up the appropriate job categories. Then map them to the appropriate Xero chart of account codes and that will all happen automatically for you whenever you issue an invoice.

I've set up a custom job state called 'Ready for invoicing'. Can I get a notification sent to my accounts person when a job is changed into this custom job state?

Yes you can. Just set up a custom notification and make sure it is targeted at the right person or people.

I need to add a swag of custom fields onto my job cards and then have those populate into my job briefs. Can this be done?

Yes it can. All custom fields on job records can be added as merge fields into your job brief custom print template.
